Sauna Cróga is a small community sauna run by two siblings, Johnny and Trevagh, who are passionate about the outdoors and sauna usage.

We believe in bringing local and rural communities together to enjoy the amazing views of Lough Corrib in Connemara.

Whether you're an avid sauna user or a first timer, our welcoming sauna community welcomes everyone, and we love to see more people enjoying the full benefits of saunas and cold water immersion.

Coffee Trailer

We have a coffee trailer at Cornamona Pier, serving warm or iced beverages and homemade of sweet treats to round off your wholesome visit to Connemara.

Other Activities

We have a full range of activities for people of all ages to enjoy.

This includes kayaking and sailing experiences on Lough Corrib.

Sauna Tips

Experience supreme relaxation on the shores of Lough Corrib.

Sauna Tips

  1. Arrive 5-10 minutes before your session

  2. Ensure you have eaten and are hydrated

  3. Bring drinking water

  4. Bring a towel to sit on

  5. Wear water shoes or sandals for comfort

  6. Enjoy the heat of the finish sauna for 10-15 minutes, then plunge into the lake, repeating for your scheduled time slot.
